(Res)ilience for (C)omm(u)nity (E)mpowerment

Romania, Türkiye, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria   RESCUE Erasmus+ youth project gathers 32 participants from6 program countries in Romania to empower young people tomanage the negative mental effects of the current crisis andpromote European Youth Goals. We equip participants withcoping mechanisms such as mindfulness, meditation, physicalactivation, and nature-based activities; promote a healthylifestyle to prevent bad habits; and raise awareness andknowledge about the EU Youth Strategy and it's goals.
